Program Director – Double Up Food Bucks NY

What’s the job?

You are energized by a mission-focused ‘startup’ environment and thrive when you can develop program strategy and attend to the nitty-gritty work of operationalizing that strategy. Your passion for the food system and your desire for equitable access is matched by your strong ability to lead a team to achieve this goal. You are available to work through challenges and you make sure that you provide the feedback, resources, and support they need to make a difference every day in their job. You have your own work to accomplish, and there you rely on your attention to detail, your strategic vision, and your ability to advance several initiatives at once. You want to lead a reliable program with proven impact while developing new ways to grow and innovate. As a key member of the leadership team, you contribute to organizational initiatives while forging the way for Double Up Food Bucks to be a key program within Field & Fork Network. You represent your program and the organization throughout multiple communities and forge new relationships and opportunities to strengthen the food system across New York State.
